This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity to engage with our materials and assess their value for your learning objectives.

Important: Refund eligibility applies only to digital course purchases and excludes one-on-one consultation sessions that have already been completed, printed materials that have been shipped, and any third-party software licenses included with your purchase.

For courses that include live webinar components, refunds are available until the second live session has concluded. We understand that sometimes our educational approach may not align with your learning style, and we want to ensure you have adequate time to make an informed decision about continuing with the program.

2 Refund Request Process

Step 2: Refund Review

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may ask for additional information or offer alternative solutions such as course transfers or extended access periods.

Step 3: Processing and Confirmation

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation via email with the expected timeline for funds to appear in your account.

We aim to make the refund process as straightforward as possible while ensuring we understand your concerns. Your feedback during this process helps us continuously improve our educational offerings and better serve our community of learners.

3 Payment Methods and Processing Times

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing schedule. PayPal refunds are usually completed within 3-5 business days and will appear in your PayPal account balance.

For bank transfer payments, refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account. We'll provide you with a transaction reference number once the refund has been initiated from our end. If you don't see the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your financial institution with this reference number.

Processing Note: International payments may require additional processing time due to currency conversion and international banking procedures. We'll inform you of any extended timelines specific to your situation.

4 Special Circumstances and Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise that fall outside our standard refund policy. In cases of medical emergencies, family crises, or other significant life events that prevent you from accessing purchased materials, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find an appropriate solution.

Technical issues that prevent access to your purchased content will be resolved through our technical support team first. However, if we're unable to restore access within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be processed regardless of the standard 30-day limitation.

Bundle purchases may be eligible for partial refunds if only certain components of the package have been accessed. We'll calculate the refund amount based on the individual value of unused components and the time elapsed since purchase.
